Terms and Conditions/Return Policy

Tandoor can be returned within 7 days after its delivery in original condition and in original packaging with no signs of being opened or used

We will assess Tandoor after we receive it to make sure that it is returned in original condition before we process any refund. If delivery cost was paid by us it will be deducted from the refund to cover money paid to delivery contractors.

If any damage to tandoor is noticed upon receipt, please notify us on the same day. Failure to inform us within 24 hours of receipt may result in inability to refund.

In the event an incorrect or faulty item is received, please call us on 13004TANDOOR 1300482636 to arrange for a return, repair or service. Please have your receipt details ready to ensure a speedy resolution. Tandoor King is not responsible for return postage and must be handled by the buyer.It is recommended (at the customers expense) that items returned be sent via registered mail or courier (with tracking and insurance) to ensure safe return to Tandoor King . Please retain the original packaging intact in case the item needs to be returned to us. We cannot accept any responsibility for any associated repackaging charges if your faulty items original packaging is discarded. Please allow up to 10 business days for faulty/incorrect items to be changed over and sent out in the event the warranty claim or return is accepted. Replacement items cannot be sent until the original item has been received. Items which are tested and found to be not faulty will be returned to the customer.

We cannot refund or exchange goods based on change of mind or incorrect item purchased, please purchase carefully. Any damage caused to your product through incorrect usage, negligence, accidental breakage or any action against manufactures instructions will not be accepted or covered under Warranty.
