We will assess Tandoor after we receive it to make sure that it is returned in original condition before we process any refund.
If delivery cost was paid by us it will be deducted from the refund to cover money paid to delivery contractors.
If any damage to tandoor is noticed upon receipt, please notify us on the same day so we can claim it through the courier’s insurance. Failure to inform us within 24 hours of receipt may result in inability to refund.
